Since 1994 there exists a Dangerous Wastes generators, carriers and treaters registry. Those enterprises radicated in Buenos Aires Autonommous City that carry on these activities must be inscribed in the mentioned registry and renew the inscription anually. The aplication authority is the Sustained Development and Environmental Policy Secretary, the same gives a certificate once a year. The wastes circuit is the same one detailled for Buenos Aires Province.
